The ELM module(s) supported are network to serial interfaces that use wifi to communicate. This app is designed to interface with an ELM OBDII (OBD2) car diagnostic device.
The Ultimate Step-by-Step Guide:
- Find the appropriate OBD2 reader or scan tool for your car by checking compatibility and specifications.
- Locate the OBD2 port in your vehicle.
- Turn on the car engine for easier system operation.
- Connect the pins of the OBD2 connector to the relevant areas within the OBD2 port.
- Activate the OBD2 device to begin reading.
- Open the app and click "SCAN", then select the correct OBD2 device from the list. (The default options are 192.168.0.10 / 192.168.0.123)
